This race will take place next to the shores of the Arkansas River. The start and finish will be at the scenic River Parks West Amphitheater. 100% of the race will be run on the fabulous paved running trail that parallels both sides of the river.
There is plenty of parking but we still recommend that you arrive 45 minutes prior to race time.

Course Description
The 5K course starts on the RiverParks west trail near the amphitheater. Runners will go north on the trail to the 11th St. Bridge. The course will turn east as the runners cross the Arkansas River via 11th St. bridge. After crossing the river, entrants will turn right (south) on the east RiverParks trail. Runners will continue to the turnaround point which will be just north of the north edge of the 17th St. parking lot
Runners will turn around and run the same course back to the finsh line which will be at the RiverPark West Amphitheater.
Start Elevation - 194 meters | Finish Elevation - 191 meters
High point - 198 meters | Low point - 191 meters
1 Mile Course
Start and finish same as 5K. Runners run north on the West RiverParks trail. Turnaround at picnic table at north swimming pool of apartment complex.
