Were you hoping to find a bunch of dang couch potatoes? We are runners who like to do the extreme. We mix up our road runs and incorporate some of the beautiful trails that we are blessed with in Oklahoma. Our speeds range from Slug Slow to Billy Goat Fast.Our great state has some of the most beautiful and challenging trails anywhere. We have Turkey Mountain, Keystone Lake, Greenleaf, Lake McMurtry, and one of the best trails in the country, the Ouchita Trail.

Trail running allows you to avoid the hard asphalt, enjoy the scents, scenes, and sounds of nature. Don’t get us wrong, we still enjoy, and compete in road events, we just enjoy our private trails where we can not only get lost in our thoughts, but also in our travels. We take road trips to many of the adjacent state’s races and enjoy training our bodies to get past the standard 26.2 mile limit. Several of us have done 50K, 50Mile, and 100 Mile distances. However, the majority of us are dreaming of the day that we can go beyond the standard marathon and live to tell the tale!!!
