There are stumps, rocks, roots and you will be jumpin'! Clinton State Park has the most beautiful trail system in the Midwest Region. These trails are home to several off road events such as the Midwest Mudder Off Road Triathlon and Duathlon. The terrain is slightly rolling with a few challenging sections. Runners will maneuver the White and Blue Trails running either a 5K or 10K distance. |

The swim is a snake swim in a 50 yard outdoor pool staggered at 15 second intervals. The bike course is an out and back on paved county roads. In 2007 TRI-OKC is offering an off-road duathlon to its duathlon racing series. The "Draper Lake Off-Road Duathlon" will take place on Saturday, July 7. This new event will be run and biked on the Draper Lake Trails in southeast Oklahoma City and held in conjunction with the Draper Lake Duathlon (roadies) on Sunday, July 8. Awards will be given for each event separately and "Draper Challenge Awards" will be given for individuals scoring the highest in both events. So come out and Du Draper Twice.
