LR#7 - 32 miles - meet at RunnersWorld Tulsa - run to Lake Keystone
Training Plan Highlights
- No running three days per week
- Low mileage on Tursdays & Thursdays
- Back-to-back long runs on Saturdays and Sundays
- Road training every Monday and Thursday at 5:30pm at RunnersWorld Tulsa
- Trail training every Tuesday at 6:30pm and every Sunday at 7:30am at Turkey Mtn.
