LR#4 - 26.2 miles Andy Payne Marathon - OKC
LR#5 - Tail Twister 50K - Rogers AR
LR#6 - 30 miles - 7pm - start from QT at 96th & Riverside towards NSU Tulsa
LR#7 - 32 miles - meet at RunnersWorld Tulsa - run to Lake Keystone

  • Low mileage on Tursdays & Thursdays
  • Back-to-back long runs on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Road training every Monday and Thursday at 5:30pm at RunnersWorld Tulsa
  • Trail training every Tuesday at 6:30pm and every Sunday at 7:30am at Turkey Mtn.
