  • Road training every Monday and Thursday at 5:30pm at RunnersWorld Tulsa
  • Trail training every Tuesday at 6:30pm and every Sunday at 7:30am at Turkey Mtn.

Please RSVP to any of these training runs you plan to attend, so that we will know how much water and snacks to have out on the course. All training runs starting at the QuikTrip with head out south on the Creek Turnpike towards NSU-Tulsa. Runners can turn around at any point and if we get enough volunteers we may have a sag wagon to return you to QuikTrip if you choose not run to NSU and back.
